Return and exchange policy        سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

                                         ارجاع أو استبدال المنتج حق لجميع عملائنا، ويشمل ذلك جميع المنتجات التي نعرضها على متجرنا  تخضع جميع المنتجات المعروضة على متجرنا لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصفحة

                                                                    يمكن إجراء الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إذا كان المنتج بحالته الأصلية عند شرائه -

                                                                                      الإرجاع اوالاستبدال  خلال ثلاثة (3) أيام من تاريخ الشراء - 

                                يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحاتنا  الانستغرام او الفايسبوك  أو عبر الواتساب  لطلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال - 

 يرجى التقاط صورة وإرسال المنتج مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب حتى يمكن استبداله بمنتج آخر في حالة تلف المنتج أو وجود -

Return or exchange of the product is a right for all our customers, including all products we display on our store.

- All products displayed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Return or exchange can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased

- Return or exchange within three (3) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via our Instagram and Facebook pages or via WhatsApp to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a picture and send the product specifying the city, address and order number so that it can be replaced with another product in the event that the product is damaged or has a specific defect in it, or is not used in accordance with the agreement.
